All Bookings are subject to the following standard terms and conditions.
Registration forms will be processed on receipt, where the nominated payment method is credit card, Questamon will process the payment and send you a receipt. Where the nominated payment method is direct debit, Questamon will send the delegate a tax invoice. All invoices are due 14 days from the date of the invoice, or the day prior to the course, whichever is the earlier. All course fees must be paid prior to the commencement of the course.
Cancellations must be made and received in writing at least 28 days before the event to guarantee a refund. Refunds will be for the course fee paid minus an administration fee of $100 per cancelled delegate. Unfortunately, cancellations received less than 28 days before the event will be liable for the full fee. However, if a delegate is unable to attend, a substitute delegates will be accepted at any time, please notify our office of the change as soon as possible. Delegates having registered, but not attended, will be liable for the full fee.
In the event that a delegate has paid the subsidised course fee and CTF makes the determination that the delegate is not eligible, the delegate must pay an additional $480 to Questamon, being the balance of the full course fee owing. Where payment of a subsidised course fee has been made by credit card, the delegate authorises Questamon to charge an additional $480 to the card if CTF determines that the delegate is not eligible.
